Responsibilities for Assembly:

• Assemble and glue automotive packaging by installing foam, Velcro, and partitions into boxes
• Will use hand tool such as hand crimpers, hot air guns, and staple guns
• Inspect packaging for defects and missing pieces
• Stack completed boxes onto pallets
• Utilize a computer to document order numbers and pieces completed

The Forklift Operator position is responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials along with some warehouse duties as assigned.

Duties for the Forklift Operator:

• Safely and efficiently operate forklift
• Load/unload materials
• Picking
• Material Handling
• Packaging, inspecting, and banding modules by hand
• Warehouse and Shipping duties
• Brace loads and prepare trucks
• Break down pallets with hand tools
• Data entry to document shipping and order information

Requirements for the Forklift Operator:

• Must have minimum 1yr of recent forklift experience
• Experience loading semi trailers
• Must have a valid driver license and own transportation
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate equipment
• Excellent attendance

• Comfortable using hand tools and performing general labor duties to break down shipping crates
• Must be able to lift up to 30-45 lbs on a consistent basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, assemble, repair, and install materials for tarping systems
• Operate equipment including drills, scissor lifts, grinders, buffers, and pallet jacks
• Perform measurements using a ruler and add/subtract fractions
• Move materials from ground to work tables (bending, kneeling, crawling required)
• Attach tarps to the tarping system by pushing, pulling, and maneuvering large tarps across metal rails
• Use hand tools to build beams, rails, and structural components
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Package and label completed materials
• Read and interpret instructions and work orders
• Lift and pull materials up to 75 lbs

The Advance Group is hiring Shipping Receiving Associates in Maumee, OH for a family-owned corrugated manufacturing company with immediate openings.

Pay:
• $16/hr
• $2/hr shift differential
• Additional $2/hr attendance bonus

Schedule:
• Monday – Thursday: 3PM – 1AM
• Overtime on Fridays as needed
• 3-day weekends most weeks

Shipping Receiving Associate Responsibilities:
• Operate sit-down forklifts to move corrugated paper materials throughout the facility
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Transport paper materials on and off the production floor without causing damage
• Handle delicate materials that are not palletized
• Lift, push, and maneuver bulky materials weighing 50–70 lbs
• Frequently get on and off the forklift throughout the shift
• Complete computer work related to shipping and inventory tracking
• Assist with material handling and support other departments as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow quality and safety standards at all times

Shipping Receiving Associate Requirements:
• 1–2 years of previous forklift experience required
• Experience moving delicate materials such as paper, glass, or food products preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Comfortable performing repetitive work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and maneuver materials weighing 50–70 lbs
• Good computer skills required
• Excellent attendance and reliable transportation required
• Willingness to cross-train and assist in other departments

The Advance Group is partnering with a leading metal casting and foundry production facility in Westland, MI to hire a Foundry Production Lead / Foundry Production Laborer.

This is a hands-on industrial manufacturing role focused on supporting daily foundry operations, maintaining production flow, and working with heavy equipment and raw materials in a fast-paced metal casting environment.

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial labor are encouraged to apply.

Foundry Production Lead Responsibilities

As a Foundry Production Lead, you will support continuous foundry manufacturing operations, including:

• Operate or assist with heavy equipment such as skid steers or similar machinery
• Move, load, and transport raw materials and castings throughout the production floor
• Support mold processing, shakeout operations, and casting separation
• Assist with sand reclamation and material handling processes
• Maintain efficient production flow across the foundry floor
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Perform general production labor and support tasks as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to perform physically demanding labor in a hot industrial environment
• Experience in manufacturing, production, construction, or warehouse environments preferred
• Experience operating skid steer, forklift, or similar equipment is a plus (training may be available)
• Strong focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials regularly
• Comfortable working in a foundry / metal casting environment
• Strong attendance and dependability
• Foundry experience is a plus but not required.

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Voluntary Saturday overtime available
• Pay rate: $17.50/hr
