Experienced Welders looking to take their career to the next level!

The Advance Group has partnered with a fabricating and machining company in Romulus, MI who specializes in automotive and other general industries.

Responsibilities of Welders:

• Tack weld or weld fabricated components and assemblies, using MIG welding equipment
• Work with fixtures
• Ensure quality of welds

Requirements for Welders:

• Excellent reading skills
• Understand requirements of building fixtures for fabrication from drawings
• Experience with operation of general shop equipment
• Forklift and Crane knowledge preferred but not required

Hours for Welders:

• Monday through Friday 6am-4:30pm
• Saturday 6am-12pm
• Able to work weekends and overtime as needed

Compensation for Welders:

• $18+ Based on experience
• Temp to hire
• Company paid health, dental and vision insurance premiums once hired
