The Advance Group has partnered with a manufacturing company based out of Carleton, MI. This company specializes in automotive racks. We have an immediate opening for a full-time MIG Welder.

Responsibilities and Duties of Welder position:

• Welding and assembling automotive racks

Requirements of Welder position:

• Must be able to pass MIG weld test
• Ability to work overtime
• Flexible schedule

Welder hours:

• 1st shift Monday-Friday- 6am-4:30pm and Saturday 7am-12pm
• Available for overtime/ weekends as needed

Welder Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting pay is $18/ hr
• This is a temp to hire for the right candidate, 90+ days
