Now Hiring: Entry-Level MIG Welder | $18/hr. | 1st Shift | Carleton, MI | Temp-to-Hire
Ready to jump into automotive manufacturing? We’re hiring a full-time MIG Welder to weld and assemble automotive racks on a fast-paced production line.

What You’ll Do As A MIG Welder:
  • MIG weld and build automotive racks
  • Keep up with production goals while delivering quality work
  • Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work area
Requirements – What You Need To Be A Successful MIG Welder:
  • Must have MIG and production welding experience
  • Reliable with good attendance
  • Ready for overtime and weekend shifts when needed
Schedule & Pay Of A MIG Welder:
  • 1st shift: Mon–Fri, 5:30 AM–3:30 PM (Fridays scheduled as needed)
  • $18/hr. starting pay
  • Temp-to-hire after 90+ days
