Job Description

Are you an entry-level welder looking to gain experience?

The Advance Group has partnered with a manufacturing company based out of Carleton, MI. This company specializes in automotive racks. We have an immediate opening for a full-time MIG Welder.

Responsibilities and Duties of Welder position:

  • Welding and assembling automotive racks
  • Keeping up with Production while maintaining quality

Requirements of Welder position:

  • Must have prior MIG and Production Welding experience
  • Must be reliable and have good attendance
  • Ability to work overtime

Welder hours:

  • 1st shift Monday-Friday- 5am-3:30pm and Saturday 7am-12pm
  • Available for overtime/ weekends as needed

Welder Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting pay is $18/ hr
  • This is a temp to hire for the right candidate, 90+ days
