The Advance Group has partnered with a steel recycling company in Belleville, MI currently seeking an experience Welder.

Job Duties of Welders include:

• MIG, TIG and Stick Welding in a heavy industrial environment
• Metal grinding
• Read blueprints and project plans

Requirements of Welders include:

• Able to read various measuring devices
• Able to work outside
• Prior on the job experience in MIG, TIG and Stick welding
• Have a valid Driver's License
• Pass a pre-employment drug and background screen.

Compensation for Welders:

• Starting pay is $19/hr

Hours for Welders:

• 1st Shift: Monday- Thursday- 10 hour shifts
• Must be available for some 12 hour shifts
