The Advance Group has partnered with a global solar panel manufacturing company in Walbridge, Ohio who just opened its 4th location in the area and has a need for forklift drivers. The Forklift Operator position is responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials along with some warehouse duties as assigned.
Duties for the Forklift Operator:

• Safely and efficiently operate forklift
• Load/unload materials
• Picking
• Material Handling
• Packaging, inspecting, and banding modules by hand
• Warehouse and Shipping duties
• Date entry 
• Inventory tracking

• Must have minimum of 6 months of recent forklift experience
• Experience loading semi-trailers
• Must have a valid driver license and own transportation
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate equipment
• Excellent attendance
• Good computer skills
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check
• Willing to work in various departments and building
• Must be able to lift up to 30-40 lbs. on a consistent basis
• Must be able to climb stairs occasionally and walk for extended periods
• Must be able to use hands to grasp, carry, lift, and feel objects as required
• Must have a Diploma/Ged

• 12-hour shifts:
• Day shift: 6am-6:10pm
• Night shift: 6pm-6:10am (with paid lunch)
• Rotating schedule means you’ll get a 3-day weekend, every other weekend PLUS Day(s) off during the week

• $18.00/hour to $19.80/hour ($18/hour + 10% shift differential)
