The Advance Group has partnered with a Holland company seeking a Tier I Support Technician for their call center.

Job Duties for the Tier I Support Technician:

  • This position will take inbound calls and talk to customers to determine the tech support issue
  • Follow an SOP to help troubleshoot 

Pay rate for the Tier I Support Technician:

  • Second and third shift opportunities available
  • The shifts are 8 hours
  • Pay is $11/hr and goes to $12 when hired in 

Qualified Tier I Support Technician Candidates should have:

  • Qualified candidates must have customer service skills
  • Must be able to follow directions and have good communication skills
  • Prior tech support knowledge required
  • Good typing skills
  • Need to be able to multi-task
  • Must be able to pass an extensive background check
