Now Hiring: Team Lead – Manufacturing | $30–$35/hr | 1st Shift
Full-Time | Ann Arbor, MI | Hands-On Leadership | Career Growth
Ready to step up and lead in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a motivated Team Lead who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, run machines, and inspire a team to crush production goals!
If you’ve got experience with machine operation, production supervision, or leading crews—this is your chance to shine, learn new skills, and grow with a company that values YOU.
What You’ll Be Doing As A Team Lead:
  • Running and troubleshooting state-of-the-art machinery that makes anti-corrosion wax tape
  • Coaching, training, and motivating your team to be their best
  • Keeping quality top-notch and work areas spotless and safe
  • Jumping into different production roles — cross-train and build skills that set you apart
  • Making sure every shift is smooth and successful
Requirements - What You Need To Be A Successful Team Lead:
  • Previous experience as a team lead, shift supervisor, or production pro
  • Mechanical know-how and a can-do attitude
  • Ready to stay on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs without breaking a sweat
  • Dependable, detail-focused, and always ready to step up
  • Strong communicator and problem solver
Shift & Pay Of A Team Lead:
  • Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
  • $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience
  • Overtime available if you want it!
