Our Staffing Coordinator is an integral part of our recruiting team, completing candidate registration and supporting Staffing Specialists on their day to day tasks! Time Management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitasking a changing and challenging environment are necessary to ensure the smooth and efficient day to day operations of the branch.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Staffing Coordinator:

  • Recruiting Candidates
  • Perform new hire orientation and screening
  • Interview and prep candidates
  • Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assist job applicants with computer-based registration
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Participate in job fairs

Qualifications of the Staffing Coordinator:

  • Effective time management with the ability to prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to establish rapport with employees and clients at all levels
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products including: Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Familiar with multi line phone systems
  • High school diploma

Hours for Staffing Coordinator:

  • Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. A one-hour lunch break is provided
  • Occasional evening or weekend hours are necessary for special events

Compensation for Staffing Coordinator:

  • $32,000 - $35,000 Base salary plus commission and bonus plan
