The Advance Group has an excellent opportunity for Slitter Operators in Taylor! This is a steel processing company that provides pickling, slitting, and blanking service to the flat rolled steel market.

Job Duties for Slitter Operators:

Banding and cutting steel coils
Operate a Slitter Machine
Train on Slitting and Pickling lines
Maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications for Slitter Operators:

Willing to train in all departments
Experience working in the steel industry
Ability to multitask and work well in a physical environment
Should be able to pass background check, drug screen and pre-employment physical

Hours for Slitter Operators:

1st Shift- 7am-3pm
Once training is completed, employees may be asked to move to a different shift based on Production needs
Must be available for daily overtime and overtime on the weekends

Compensation for Slitter Operators:

$17.50/hr.
Once hired in, benefit plan includes: company paid health and dental insurance, 401k after 1 year, paid vacation and holidays monthly and quarterly bonus programs!!
