The Advance Group has partnered with a company in Monroe, MI seeking experienced Slitter Operators. Pay increases available after 30 days!!
Job Duties for Slitter Operators:

Read and interpret blueprints and other drawings to determine machine setup and production methods.
Select, position and secure cutters and fixtures onto the machine.
Adjust controls to set and regulate machining factors.
Assist Machine Operators to set up machine and mark, pack and transfer finished pieces.

Requirements of Slitter Operators:

Ability to perform shop math (multiple and divide, add and subtract two digit numbers).
Ability to read schematic drawings.
Prior Slitter Operating experience.
Regularly lift and move parts up to 25lbs.

Hours for Slitter Operators:

Monday-Friday 4pm-12am
Must be available for daily Overtime and occasional work on Saturdays

Compensation for Slitter Operators:

$22.25hr
Double time for Sundays!
