Now Hiring: Skilled CNC Machinist
Put your machining skills to work with a small Rossford, OH company where your expertise truly counts. Direct Hire opportunity!
Pay & Schedule Of A Machinist:
  • $28–$32/hr. DOE
  • Monday–Thursday 6am–4:30pm
  • Possible Friday 6am–10am and weekday overtime
What You’ll Do As A Machinist:
  • Set up, program, and operate manual and CNC Mills and Lathes 
  • Use facing heads, rotary tables, and perform advanced machining to tight tolerances
  • Read blueprints, GD&T, work instructions, and perform shop math calculations
  • Use precision tools: micrometers, calipers, dials, gauges
  • Inspect parts for accuracy and document results
  • Collaborate with welders, fabricators, and engineers to optimize parts
  • Maintain clean, organized work area and perform routine machine maintenance
  • Align and secure fixtures using hoists, clamps, and micrometer-level measurements
  • Operate overhead cranes and forklifts
Requirements To Be A Successful Machinist:
  • 3–5+ years recent CNC machining and programming
  • CNC programming skills, preferably with Mazatrol or Fanuc experience
  • Knowledge of G & M codes and advanced shop math
  • Ability to read blueprints and perform maintenance and repairs
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
  • Experience with hydraulic components, heavy fabrication a plus
  • Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred
  • Comfortable measuring in metric units
