Responsibilities for the Mechanic Positions:
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electric motor, motor generator, pump, and gearbox failures
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble electric motors and related components
• Identify parts needed for repairs and complete repair documentation for ordering
• Balance rotors and armatures to required specifications
• Perform customer repair work when motors or components are sent in due to breakdowns
• Use hand and power tools such as impact wrenches and torches
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work alongside a team of experienced mechanics to meet turnaround timelines
Compensation for the Mechanic Positions:
• $22–30/hr based on experience
• Direct hire opportunity
Hours for the Mechanic Positions:
• Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
• Optional weekend overtime available
Requirements for Mechanic Positions:
• 3–5 years of experience repairing electric motors, gearboxes, pumps, or motor generators
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience in an electrical motor or gearbox repair shop preferred
• Ability to identify parts needed for repairs and complete documentation accurately
• Comfortable using hand and power tools daily
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team
