Now Hiring: Machine Operators
Pay: $21.80/hr. + OT & double-time Sundays

Schedule: 3rd Shift (11:15pm–7:30am), some 1st Shift training
Love running machines and working in manufacturing? Join a growing Monroe company as a Machine Operator!

What You’ll Do As A Machine Operator:
  • Run ram extrusion machines
  • Cut, weigh, and record product
  • Handle basic paperwork
Requirements - What You Need To Be A Successful Machine Operator:
  • 1+ year machine operating experience
  • Comfortable with hand tools and measuring devices
  • Basic math skills (fractions & decimals)
  • Able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must pass pre-employment physical and mechanical aptitude test
  • Ready to work overtime and weekends
