The Advance Group has partnered with a forward-thinking company in Inkster, specializing in Automotive Racks, and we're on the lookout for enthusiastic Plasma Robot Operators!
What You'll Be Doing as a Plasma Robot Operator:
- Set up and use plasma cutting robots using basic functions of hand pendant, move and reset machine.
- Restart programs to complete material specifications
- Prepare material for production including loading, unloading, lifting and moving material
- Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities
- Follow all company rules and policies
- Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task.
- Follow all safety rules and quality standards
- Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Provide manufacturing support as required
What We're Looking for in Plasma Robot Operators:
- Must have basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Must have strong measuring skills using tape measures
- Must have basic math skills
- Must use Personal Protective Equipment required for Plasma Robot Operators
- Must be versatile and able to adapt to daily requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Willing to work in excess of 40 hours a week
Your Work Schedule as a Plasma Robot Operator:
- Embrace the weekday grind from 7:00am to 3:30 pm (Monday to Friday).
- Be ready to seize those exciting overtime opportunities on a daily basis, with occasional Saturday shifts.
Plasma Robot Operators Compensation:
- Starting at $18 hr, with potential for more based on experience.
