Now Hiring: 3rd Shift Receiving Associate
Pay: $18/hr.
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 10 PM–6:30 AM
(Must be able to start at 8 PM for OT + 2 Saturdays/month, occasional Sundays)
Type: Temporary (2–3+ months)
Location: Metamora, OH
Join a team where your work keeps everything flowing! The Advance Group is hiring a 3rd Shift Receiving Associate for a filter manufacturing facility in Metamora. If you’re organized, dependable, and ready to jump in, this is your chance to grow your skills in a high-impact warehouse role.
What You’ll Do As A Receiving Associate:
• Unload inbound shipments
• Organize and stock incoming materials
• Supply materials to assembly areas efficiently
• Print and apply product and packaging labels
• Use inventory software to track and receive materials
• Pack shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Operate hand carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification preferred)
• Follow numeric inventory assignments with precision
• Keep your workspace clean and organized
Requirements - What You Need To Have To Be A Successful Receiving Associate:
• 1–3 years of stable work history at previous employers
• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience
• Forklift experience preferred
• Willing to obtain a forklift certification
• Ability to test/inspect equipment, fixtures, and hand tools
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and using hand tools
• Basic math and solid computer/data entry skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• US Citizenship required
