Job Description

Would you like to be part of the team at a fast growing manufacturing company in Inkster?
The Advance Group has partnered with a company in Inkster, MI seeking experienced CMM Operators.
Job Duties for CMM Operators:

Maintain CMM programs using Polyworks Inspector software.
Set up and operate CMM to perform inspections with established and new programs.
Facilitation of production part inspections and associated reporting of results and corrective actions.
Optimize utilization of CMM equipment and ensure machinery is in proper working condition.
Perform production as a member of the Quality Control Team- including prototype, first article and productions samples.

Requirements of CMM Operators:

Must have working knowledge and be able to operate Creaform C-Track portable CMM using Polyworks software.
Must have experience reading drawings and prints, and demonstrate an understanding of tolerances .
Must have excellent measuring skills using tape measure, calipers, micrometers and gauge blocks.
Must have CMM measurement training/certification.

Hours for CMM Operators:

Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm (8 am on your first day)
Must be available for daily Overtime and occasional work on Saturdays

Compensation for CMM Operators:

$23hr (pay based on experience)
