Currently looking for QA Analyst for a Direct Hire position with a company in Monroe, MI!  First Shift, excellent benefits available and great team atmosphere!!

Responsibilities for QA Analyst:

• Record, monitor and report on final inspection non-conformances.
• Monitor and analyze process and historical data for customer complaint and in-house nonconformance investigations.
• Participate in Quality Planning Activities to determine the need for specialized measuring techniques and/or training. 
• Initiate quality instructions to clarify measuring techniques for production when necessary.
• Work in tandem with Engineering, Production, and Operations to quickly investigate customer reports of non-conformances and assess in-house product.

• Strong knowledge of word-processing, database and spreadsheet software
• Advanced knowledge of measurement techniques
• Requires general knowledge of statistical practices such as: control chart, pareto analyses, and histogram, etc.
• Advanced knowledge of ISO9000
• At least 2 years of experience in the thermoplastic extrusion environment
• Advanced blueprint reading

• First Shift: 7:15am-3:30pm

• Salary: $22-27hr based on experience
