Quality Control Inspector | PCB & Electronics Manufacturing | Production & Inspection Experience Preferred

The Advance Group has partnered with an electronics company in Millbury, Ohio who is looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join their team. Candidates with strong attendance, production experience, and great attention to detail are encouraged to apply! Job duties for Quality Control:
• Inspect bare boards, PCB assemblies, subassemblies, and related electronic products
• Inspect components, soldering, assemblies, and workmanship for defects and quality issues
• Read and interpret customer drawings, specifications, bills of material, and travelers
• Document inspection findings and maintain quality records and inspection logs
• Verify rework and repairs meet acceptance standards before product release
• Communicate defects and nonconforming materials promptly to production teams
• Support production quality through accurate inspections and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Use microscopes, magnification tools, and inspection equipment as needed

Requirements for Quality Control:
• Previous quality control, inspection, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or PCB inspection is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures consistently
• IPC-610/620 certifications preferred or willingness to obtain certification
• Reliable attendance and dependable work history required
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift or team lift up to 25 lbs.
• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen

Shift for Quality Control:
• Monday-Friday 7:30am- 4pm

Pay for Quality Control:
• $17-18/hr based on experience
