The Advance Group is proud to partner with a prominent metal recycling company in Trenton, MI, and we are currently seeking motivated Production Workers to be part of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the metal recycling process. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Picking and sorting scrap metal materials.
• Occasional heavy lifting, as needed.
• Operating machines and ensuring they are cleaned and maintained.
• Operating forklifts safely and efficiently.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work multiple shifts, including occasional 2nd shift work.
• Availability for overtime during the week.

• Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm.
• Must be available for occasional 2nd shift work when other employees are off.

• Starting wage of $16.00 per hour.
• Opportunity for a pay increase upon being hired in.
