The Advance Group has partnered with a New Boston company seeking Production Workers!

Production Worker Responsibilities:

• Various production duties such as: mixing, press operating, proofing & baking, freezing product, and packaging.
• Operate Machinery for pizza crust production.
• Monitor product quality standards.

Production Worker Requirements:

• Understanding the importance of product temperature and time.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• High school Diploma or GED are preferred

Production Worker hours:

• 2nd shift - 2pm-10pm
• Must be available 7 days a week, each week you will get rotating days off

Production Worker Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting pay is $14.00 per hour
• Weekly $2hr attendance bonus available!
• This is a temp to hire for the right candidate
• Pay increase upon hire!
