The Advance Group has partnered with a production facility in need of Production Workers in Maumee, OH for 1^st shift

Responsibilities for the Production Worker

• Setting and operating various machines
• Loading corrugated materials into machines
• Will cross train in all departments

Compensation for the Production Worker:

• Starting pay is $15/hr +$2/hr attendance bonus
• The attendance bonus/incentives goes up to an additional $2.50/hour once hired in

Hours for the Production Worker:

• The hours are Monday-Thursday 5am-3pm
• Overtime on Fridays as needed

Qualified Production Worker candidates will have:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of prior production experience
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and thorough background check
