Job duties for Production Worker:
• Load empty bottles onto production lines.
• Package finished products into boxes and prepare them for shipment.
• Stack boxes and pallets by hand.
• Tighten caps, apply labels, inspect products, and verify date codes.
• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Assist with packaging, shipping, receiving, and inventory organization.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and cleaning during downtime.
• Train in multiple production areas to determine the best fit based on skills and performance.
• Receive paid forklift training and certification with opportunities to move into forklift and order picking positions.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems when working in warehouse or forklift roles.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and all company safety procedures.
• Perform other production duties as assigned.
Requirements for Production Worker:
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required—training is provided.
• Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and willingness to learn are the most important qualifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
• Comfortable performing repetitive work in a steady-paced production environment.
• Willingness to train on 1st shift before transferring to an off shift.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable transportation required; valid driver's license preferred.
• Willingness to clean and maintain work areas during downtime.
• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background screen
• Steel toe boots or composite toe boots
Shift for Production Worker:
• All employees train on 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:10 PM) for approximately 1-3 months.
• After training, employees transition to an available off shift.
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:10 PM.
• 3rd Shift: Sunday night-Friday morning, 11:00 PM-7:10 AM.
• Voluntary overtime available before or after shifts.
• Saturday overtime is voluntary when available.
Pay for Production Worker:
• Starting pay: $16.50/hour
• Increase to $17.20/hour upon hire.
• Weekly pay.
