The Advance Group has partnered with a production facility in need of Factory Workers in Maumee, OH for 2nd shift

Responsibilities for the Production Worker

• Setting up and operating various machines
• Monitoring machines and products for defects or malfunctions
• Maintain high quality standards
• Work at a fast pace, performing repetitive work while standing for the entire shift
• Loading or unloading boxes that will be large and bulky, onto or off of machines or pallets
• Lifting 50-70lbs
• Loading corrugated materials into machines
• Will cross train in all departments
• Cleaning and applying paint to dies between jobs
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Assisting in other departments as needed

Compensation for the Production Worker:

• Starting pay is $17-19/hr (including attendance incentive)

Hours for the Production Worker:

• The hours are Monday-Thursday 3pm-1am
• Overtime on Fridays as needed

Qualified Production Worker Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of prior production experience
• Strong Machine Operator background
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 70lbs
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work at a fast pace and adjust to a variety of job duties
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Excellent attendance history
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and thorough background check
• Comfortable with cleaning dies and potentially getting ink on clothing
