Job Description

The Advance Group is proud to partner with a job shop in Inkster, MI looking for a hard working candidate for a General Labor/ Production position.
Responsibilities:
As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the multiple steps of our production processes:

Use hand tools to chip excess material off parts.
Follow work instructions to drill holes and paint finished parts.
Maintain a clean work area and work at a safe pace.
Operating forklifts safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle physical work, occasional lifting of 50lbs.
Proven track record of working safely.
Availability for overtime during the week.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30pm.
Must be available for daily OT, usually until 3:30-4:00pm.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting wage of $21.00 per hour.
Opportunity for a pay increase upon being hired in.
