The Advance Group has partnered with a company in Temperance seeking Production Workers. This company specializes in the steel industry.

Job duties for the Production Worker include:

  • Operating forklift and/or overhead crane
  • Light welding
  • Use of hand tools
  • Various general labor duties as needed

Requirements of the Production Worker:

  • Previous forklift experience strongly preferred 
  • Experience with measuring devices and basic hand tools
  • Overhead crane or welding experience helpful!
  • Able to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis

Hours for Production Worker:

  • 2nd Shift- 3pm-11pm. Mon-Fri with OT as needed. 

Compensation and Benefits for Production Worker:

  • Starting pay is $17.00hr
  • This is a temp to hire position for the right candidate
  • Pay increase and benefits upon hire
