The Advance Group has partnered with a growing manufacturing company in Tecumseh, MI and we are looking for skilled trades workers that are open to Overtime and Advancement Opportunities!

What You'll Be Doing as a Production Supervisor:

Planning: Developing and implementing production schedules, plans, and strategies.
Operating and Maintaining an OD Grinder.
Monitoring: Monitoring production processes to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently, and identifying areas for improvement.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting issues with equipment or machinery.
Quality assurance: Overseeing quality assurance and ensuring that all quality standards and specifications are met.

What We're Looking for in a Production Supervisor:

Prior experience working as a Production Supervisor in a Machine Shop.
Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs on CNC and other Machines.
OSHA Safety certification and a focus on team safety and coaching.
Strong attention to detail and strategic planning.

Your Work Schedule as a Production Supervisor:

3^rd Shift- 8:00pm-6:00am, Sunday- Thursday night with Overtime
Will be required to complete training on 1^st Shift

Production Supervisor Compensation:

Starting at $25-30hr based on experience
