The Advance Group has partnered with a union facility in Weston, OH for a direct hire opportunity for production workers to join their team! The ideal candidate will be dependable, motivated, comfortable standing all day, and performing repetitive duties.

Job duties for Production Worker:
• Operate production lines filling, packaging, labeling, and stacking products (fast-paced environment, 30–40 bags per minute)
• Rotate between different production lines and tasks as needed
• Load bags onto machines, monitor production, and ensure quality output
• Perform setup/changeovers (15–20 minutes, multiple times per shift)
• Perform hand packaging
• Clean work areas and equipment during downtime and at end of shift
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines while working in a team-based environment

Requirements for Production Workers:
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance (key focus)
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Ability to lift 25–35 lbs regularly and perform frequent bending and lifting
• Ability to read and write clearly; basic math skills helpful
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment
• Willingness to learn and work in multiple areas of production
• Must be comfortable working around allergens (nuts, dairy, shellfish)
• No cell phone use on the floor
• No jewelry, fake nails, or nail polish

Shift for Production Worker:
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday 4pm-2am
• Occasional Fridays (typically 8-hour shifts)
• Saturdays are extremely rare and typically voluntary

Pay for Production Worker:
• 2nd Shift: $20.35/hr
• Bi-weekly pay
• Merit-based raises after 90 days
