The Advance Group has partnered with a company in Waterville, OH who is looking for a reliable and motivated General Laborer to add to their close-knit team!

Job duties for General Labor:
• Assist with creating concrete garden molds and statues in a warehouse environment
• Mix concrete and pour molds depending on experience level
• Remove molds and use small hand tools like knives and files to remove excess concrete
• Apply stain and finishing touches to concrete products
• Package finished products, build boxes, and apply labels for shipment
• Assist with inventory and shipping duties as needed
• Help maintain a clean work environment including sweeping and general cleanup
• Work in multiple departments and assist wherever needed
• Use ladders/staircases safely in the warehouse to access inventory
• Opportunity to learn forklift operation if interested, though forklift use is minimal

Requirements for General Labor:
• Strong attention to detail, motivated, and good work ethic
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
• Comfortable working in a dusty environment and getting dirty
• Ability to stand throughout the shift
• Ability to lift 35-40lbs regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally
• Must be able to read, write, and match numbers for inventory purposes
• Comfortable working in heat during summer months — facility is not climate controlled
• Concrete pouring or mold pouring experience is a plus
• Experience using a laser engraver is beneficial
• Reliable attendance required
• No extensive computer skills needed

Shift for General Labor:
• First shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
• Rare Saturday work
• Overtime is typically voluntary during the week

Pay for General Labor:
• $15-$17/hr depending on experience
