General Labor (Entry-Level) – Night Shift | $17.33/hr | Rotating Schedule | Walbridge, OH

The Advance Group is hiring General Laborers in Walbridge, OH to support operations at a global solar panel manufacturing facility.

Pay:

• $17.33/hour

Schedule:

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:10 AM
• Rotating schedule (work every other weekend)
• Occasional voluntary overtime available

General Labor Responsibilities:

• Break down wooden crates and pallets using hand tools (drills, hammers, etc.)
• Manually remove end caps and disassemble materials
• Stack wood and materials in organized piles
• Safely handle materials, including broken glass when necessary
• Identify and report defects or safety hazards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

General Labor Requirements:

• Previous general labor or hand tool experience required
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs consistently
• Comfortable with bending, lifting, and repetitive physical work
• Ability to stand and stay active throughout the shift
• Team-oriented with strong work ethic and attendance
• Safety-first mindset
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
• Must have a smartphone for timekeeping
