The Advance Group has partnered with a growing manufacturing facility in Toledo, OH, looking for dependable General Laborers to join their 1st shift crew. If you enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, being part of a solid team, and have forklift experience this could be the perfect fit for you!
Responsibilities for General Labor:
Measure and cut wood to proper length using saws
Use staple guns, nail guns, and other hand tools to build pallets
Stack and band finished products onto pallets
Inspect packaging for defects and label finished goods
Operate a sit-down forklift to move and store pallets
Assist on the production line to catch and stack products that are painted and will get paint on clothes
Build 80–90 pallets per shift — staying active and productive all day!
Requirements for General Labor Candidates:
Forklift experience required
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical work (standing/bending for 10 hours)
Comfortable using hand tools and reading a ruler
Strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and dependable attitude
Team player who takes pride in their work
Hours for General Labor:
Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Enjoy 3-day weekends — no Fridays, no weekends!
Pay for General Labor:
Starting at $18/hr
