The Advance Group has partnered with a growing manufacturing company in Toledo, Ohio who is looking for General Laborers. If you take pride in strong attendance and steady production work, this temperature-controlled manufacturing facility is hiring dependable General Labor team members now.

Job duties for General Labor:
• Package insulated medical delivery bags and temperature-controlled products
• Count, inspect, and prepare materials made from recycled plastics
• Operate automated bag machines and assist with foam processing equipment
• Assist with gel packs, foam compression materials, and insulated product lines
• Maintain productivity standards and support team leads
• Keep work area clean and follow safety guidelines

Requirements for General Labor:
• Strong attendance record is required
• Ability to stand, move, and work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to count accurately and follow instructions
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Must be dependable and productivity-focused
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Comfortable standing for the entire shift and lifting 40lbs occasionally 

Shift for General Labor:
• 1st Shift: Monday- Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm
• Voluntary overtime Mon-Thurs

Pay for General Labor:
• Starting at $14.00/hour
