Electrical Assembly Technician | Cable & Harness Assembly | Manufacturing Experience Preferred

The Advance Group has partnered with an electronics company in Millbury, Ohio who is looking for an Electronics Assembler to join their team. Job duties for Electrical Assembly:
• Build cable and harness assemblies using approved tools, drawings, and work instructions
• Cut, strip, crimp, terminate, solder, label, and bundle wiring and cable assemblies
• Read and follow drawings, wire lists, travelers, and manufacturing documentation
• Use hand tools and approved production equipment safely and correctly
• Inspect completed work and support continuity testing and verification processes
• Report material shortages, workmanship concerns, or documentation issues promptly
• Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate production records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support production goals by producing quality work in a timely manner

Requirements for Electrical Assembly:
• Previous electrical assembly, cable assembly, electronics assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with crimping, wire preparation, soldering, or cable harness assembly is a plus
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and production documentation
• Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
• Basic computer skills required
• Familiarity with continuity testing, labeling, or IPC-620 workmanship standards preferred
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
• Reliable attendance and dependable work history required
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift or team lift up to 25 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Shift for Electrical Assembly:
• Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm

Pay for Electrical Assembly:
• $15-16/hr based on experience
