The Advance Group has partnered with a production facility in need of General Laborers in Maumee, OH for 1st shift.

Responsibilities for the General Labor Worker

• Build boxes and pallets for shipping
• Utilize air guns, staple guns, and glue guns to attach boxes, foam, and packaging material to pallets
• Bend and kneel to reach into and around boxes while using hand tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Compensation for the General Labor Worker:

• Starting pay is $17/hr (including attendance incentive)

Hours for the General Labor Worker:

• The hours are Monday-Thursday 5am-3pm
• Overtime on Fridays as needed

Qualified General Labor Worker Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of consistent general labor experience
• Hand tools experience
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50lbs and handle large, bulky material
• Attention to detail
• Excellent attendance record
• Ability to work at a fast pace and adjust to a variety of job duties
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and thorough background check
• Comfortable with cleaning and sweeping
