The Advance Group is hiring a Machine Operator for a well-established tooling company in Bowling Green.
What You’ll Be Doing As A Machine Operator:
• Run and monitor multiple EDM machines
• Measure parts with calipers and micrometers
• Track serial numbers and part data
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and moving
• Prep new jobs while others are running
Requirements - What We’re Looking For In A Machine Operator:
• 1–2 years of steady work history at previous employers
• Machine operating or technical/mechanical experience
• Willingness to learn and ask questions
• Ability to measure and document numbers accurately and clearly
• Comfortable on your feet and working in a dirty, oily environment
• Ability to stand on concrete for the entire shift
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Work well in a team or on your own
