We’re hiring motivated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our client’s team in Ann Arbor, MI. This is more than a job—it’s a career opportunity with a company known for its excellent culture, strong benefits, and a commitment to employee growth.

In this hands-on position, you will assist in the production of anticorrosion wax tape products. The process involves pulling wax tape from a coating solution via a machine, rolling it, and packaging. Attention to detail and the ability to meet daily quotas are key.

Duties for the Production Operator:
  • Operate machinery that pulls wax tape from coating solution
  • Roll, cut, seal, and package product simultaneously while also running machine
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Perform quality checks and assist with production records
  • Troubleshooting issues
  • Once fully trained in this area, the expectation is that you learn additional roles
 Requirements for Production Operator:
  • Strong initiative and desire to grow within the company—future leaders encouraged to apply
  • Team lead and basic maintenance experience is preferred
  • Demonstrates reliability, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Solid basic math skills (arithmetic, percentages)
  • Critical thinker with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily production quotas
  • Patience, strong attention to detail, and consistency in task execution
  • Able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable standing throughout the entire shift
  • Must report to work reliably and on time
Shift for the Production Operator:
  • 1st shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm
  • Overtime as required
Pay for the Production Operator:
  • $25/hr with potential for increases after hire
