The Advance Group has partnered with a Toledo company looking for a highly motivated and experienced press operator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating progressive stamping dies to product a variety of metal parts. You will also be responsible for monitoring the production process and making adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency.

What you will do:

Set up and operate progressive stamping dies to produce a variety of metal parts
Monitor the production process and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency
Troubleshoot and repair machinery as needed
Maintain accurate records of production data
Comply with all safety regulations

What you will need:

2+ years of press operating experience
Experience operating progressive stamping dies
Proficient in the use of all relevant machinery and equipment
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What you get:
