The Advance Group is currently seeking a Payroll Administrator for a construction company located in Walbridge, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience processing high volumes of payroll in-house and have knowledge of payroll taxes.
Compensation for the Payroll Administrator candidate:
  • $24-25/hr DOE
Hours for the Payroll Administrator candidate:
  • Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Requirements of the Payroll Administrator candidate:
  • Previous experience processing high volumes of payroll
  • Experience running payroll in-house
  • Knowledge of payroll taxes
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Payroll experience for unions and/or the construction industry is a plus
  • Highly organized and confident in prioritizing tasks
Responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator position:
  • Process high volumes of payroll (2500 associates every week)
  • Run payroll in-house and process checks
  • Calculate payroll taxes, garnishments, and deductions
  • Adhere to state and federal laws and policies
  • Maintain detailed records
