Job Description

Repair Tools and Build Success: Tool Repair Technician needed in Walbridge, OH!
The Advance Group is currently seeking a Tool Repair Technician for a construction company located in Walbridge, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience repairing power tools and hydraulic tools.
Compensation for the Tool Repair Technician candidate:

$20/hr

Hours for the Tool Repair Technician candidate:

Monday – Friday 7am-4pm

Requirements of the Tool Repair Technician candidate:

Must be mechanically inclined and have knowledge of construction tools/products
Ability to repair hand tools, power tools, and hydraulic tools
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Basic computer skills
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented, adaptable, and self-motivated
Ability to reach overhead, work in various positions including bending, stooping, standing, squatting, kneeling, and reaching
Ability to lift, pull and push materials weighing up to 70lbs
High School diploma or GED

Responsibilities of the Tool Repair Technician position:

Apply basic electrical knowledge to small tool usage and repair
Ensure all tools are safety compliant before being send to a job site
Keep ample supply of tools on shelves for tool orders
Pull tool orders and complete necessary paperwork to track tool and consumable charges
Stay knowledgeable of new tools and materials
