The Advance Group has partnered with a growing manufacturing company in Tecumseh, MI and we are looking for skilled trades workers that are open to Overtime and Advancement Opportunities!
What You'll Be Doing as a Belt Polisher:

Sets up and operates conventional and special purpose machines to finish metallic parts while applying knowledge of machine shop theory and procedures, shop mathematics, and layout techniques.
Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on lathes.
Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining factors, such as speed, feed, coolant flow, depth and angle of cut, or enters commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control media.
Starts and observes Machine Operation to detect any malfunctions.

What We're Looking for in Belt Polishers:

Prepare materials for production.
Handle the loading and unloading of materials into machinery.
Prior experience reading blueprints and other schematic drawings.
Ability to use various hand tools.

Your Work Schedule as a Belt Polisher:

Embrace the daily OT from 6:00 am to 4:30pm

Belt Polishers Compensation:

Starting at $18-20hr based on experience
