Now Hiring: Servo Motor Repair Technician
| $20–$30+/hr. | 1st Shift | Perrysburg, OH
Love digging into machines and solving electrical puzzles? We’re searching for a hands-on Servo Motor & Drive Repair Technician ready to troubleshoot and repair servo motors, drives, and automation equipment in a clean, organized shop. Whether you’re a seasoned tech or eager to grow your skills in industrial repair, automation, or electrical systems, this role is your ticket to an exciting career.
What You’ll Be Doing As A Servo Motor Repair Technician:
• Diagnosing and fixing servo motors and AC/DC drives
• Using tablets and computers to track repairs and order parts
• Following safety rules while keeping your workspace neat and efficient
• Collaborating with your team and lending a hand wherever needed
Requirements to being the best Motor & Drive Repair Technician:
• Mechanical or electrical aptitude — ideal candidates have a background in automation, electrical systems, or vocational training
• Basic computer/tablet navigation skills for job tracking, checklists, and documentation
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, instructions, and repair documentation
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers and fractions)
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally and perform work standing or seated
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn in a hands-on environment
• Forklift experience is helpful (but not required — training can be provided)
• Experience troubleshooting or repairing AC/DC drives, PLCs, welders, or other automation equipment preferred
• Knowledge of servo motor systems and how they integrate into automation would be a plus
• Experience in electrical diagnostics or control systems preferred, but not required
Shift & Pay of a Motor & Repair Technician:
• Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM, plus about 2 weekends a month
• $20–$30+ per hour, based on your experience
