The Advance Group has partnered with a global solar energy company in Walbridge, Ohio. They have opened their 3rd manufacturing facility in the area where they are producing solar panels. The Manufacturing Associate position is responsible for quality inspection and duties to ensure the production line runs as it’s designed.

 Duties for the Manufacturing Associate:

• Quality Inspection
• Loading material into machines
• Assembly
• Banding
• Sorting
• Monitoring line and addressing problems

Qualifications for the Manufacturing Associate:

• Attention to detail
• Great attendance
• Basic computer skills
• Able to stand for 12 hours
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs on a consistent basis
• Must be able to climb stairs occassionaly
• Must be able to use hands to grasp, carry, lift, and feel objects on a frequent basis

Shift for the Manufacturing Associate:

• 2nd shift 6pm-6am  (with paid lunch)
  • Rotating schedule means you’ll get a 3 day weekend, every other weekend PLUS day(s) off during the week

Pay for the Manufacturing Associate:

• $16.50/hr ($15/hour + 10% shift differential)
