Job duties for Maintenance Technician:
• Assist with the installation, startup, qualification, and implementation of manufacturing equipment and processes
• Troubleshoot day-to-day production, equipment, and process issues
• Perform maintenance, service, and repairs on manufacturing equipment
• Review process and equipment data and determine appropriate corrective actions
• Identify recurring equipment or process issues and recommend improvements
• Support improvements related to equipment reliability, throughput, yield, and product performance
• Set up and maintain gauges and ensure processes are operating within established parameters
• Respond to process control alarms and assist with bringing processes back into control
• Collect and document equipment and production data
• Assist with new equipment startup, qualification, and implementation
• Develop and update work instructions, drawings, standard operating procedures, and other internal documentation
• Work with technicians, supervisors, engineers, and other manufacturing team members to resolve equipment and process issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE standards
• May be required to operate a CAT forklift as needed to move S6 and S7 WIP racks

Requirements for Maintenance Technician:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong maintenance background and hands-on experience working with technical or manufacturing equipment preferred
• Hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience strongly preferred
• Experience performing equipment maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to continue developing technical skills through structured training
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify recurring equipment or process issues
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Safety-first mindset required
• Forklift experience preferred; at least one associate hired must be qualified to operate a CAT forklift
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including up to 12-hour shifts
• Ability to climb stairs frequently
• Ability to lift up to 37 lbs frequently and up to 58 lbs occasionally
• Ability to push, pull, grasp, carry, and handle materials as required
• Ability to occasionally stoop, kneel, and bend
• Must be able to meet required vision and color recognition requirements
• Ability to wear required PPE, including steel-toed shoes, cut-resistant gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective clothing, and respirators
• Must have access to a smartphone to use the company’s mobile timekeeping system

Shift for Maintenance Technician:
• Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm for 1st year
• Position is expected to eventually transition to a 12-hour rotating schedule working every other weekend

Pay for Maintenance Technician:
• $17.84-$25.00/hour based on experience and qualifications
