Year long Maintenance/Groundskeeping position in Perrysburg. Put your maintenance and mechanical experience to use while gaining additional hands-on skills in building and equipment upkeep.
The Advance Group has partnered with a distribution warehouse that is looking to add a reliable and hardworking individual to their property maintenance team on 1st shift.
• Perform building maintenance and facility repairs of over 10 warehouses
• Complete general cleaning and upkeep of interior and exterior areas
• Use hand tools to repair equipment and facility items
• Remove trash and maintain clean work areas
• Perform lawn care and groundskeeping, including operating a zero-turn mower during Spring/Summer months
• Perform painting and general custodial duties
• Travel between buildings to complete tasks and retrieve tools
• Support overall appearance and functionality of the property
•Building maintenance/repair experience required
• Prior landscaping or lawn care experience is a plus
• Ability to perform physical work including standing, lifting up to 100lbs, bending, and twisting
• Comfortable working outdoors in various temperatures and weather conditions
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Expert with hand and power tools, experience doing home repairs/improvements preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Reliable personal transportation
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Takes pride in maintaining a clean and professional environment
• Willingness to learn new maintenance and repair skills
• Starting pay of $18.00 per hour
• Monday–Friday schedule
• 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift
• Weekends required as needed
