Calling all CNC Mill Machinists to Ignite Innovation! Competitive Pay for Experienced Candidates.

The Advance Group has partnered with a Machining factory in Waterville, OH who is seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist. Qualified candidates should know G&M coding and have experience changing coolants and tooling.
Compensation for the CNC Mill Machinist position:

$20-30+/hr depending on experience
Could pay higher for the right person

Hours for the CNC Mill Machinist position:

1^st Shift 6am-2:30pm, possible 7am start if needed
Occasional overtime or Saturdays, but not often

Responsibilities of the CNC Mill Machinist position:

Produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a CNC Mill
Inspect and deburr parts
Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, specifications, and machining parameters
Interprets geometric dimensions and tolerances
Program mills with the aid of Mastercam
Set up mills by; indicating vices, touching of tools, and making tool offset adjustments
Check first fun parts to make sure they are within tolerances and inspect for defects
Maintain safe operations
Maintain equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements
Maintains continuity among shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
Completes thorough and accurate production and quality logs
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Requirements of the CNC Mill Machinist position:

3-5 years’ experience as a Machinist
Exceptional Machining knowledge
Ability to process parts without supervision
Must know G&M coding
Previous experience with Fadal and HAAS mills is a plus
Programming experience and Mastercam experience is ideal
Ability to change coolants and tooling
Attention to detail
Process Improvement
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to lift up to 30lbs
