The Advance Group has partnered with a Toledo, OH facility in need of Machine Operator’s to make custom glassware.
Responsibilities for the Machine Operator:

Run and load machine(s)
Change out molds, bolts, and tooling
Ensure machine continues to run and troubleshoot as needed
Measure, Mix, and Weigh materials
Perform continuous quality checks
Screen printing
Adjust coloring and art for each order
Utilize the ERP system to document production quantities
Use bench grinders and various hand tools

Compensation for the Machine Operator:

Starting pay is $18/hr

Hours for the Machine Operator:

Must be available to work any shift
Training will be Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
Once hired in, you will NOT be on 1^st shift, you will need to move to either 2^nd shift Mon-Fri 2pm-10:30pm or 3^rd shift Sun-Thurs 10pm-6:30am

Qualified Machine Operator candidates will have:

A passion for learning and growing
Previous machine operating experience or extensive manufacturing experience
Experience troubleshooting machinery preferred
Hand tool experience
Knowledge or interest in graphic design or screen printing preferred
Team player mentality
Excellent computer skills
Must be able to lift up to 40lbs repeatedly
Able to work in a hot environment
Excellent attendance, work ethic, and motivation
High School Diploma/GED
