The Advance Group has partnered with a local company that specializes in Heat Treating. We have a long-term Machine Operator opening.

Responsibilities of Machine Operator:

• Unpack, degrease, handle packages and parts
• Monitor equipment and maintain temperature controls
• Provide accurate inspection of completed parts
• Completes appropriate and complete paperwork, including processing parts with routing tags, completely filling out run sheets, etc
• Operating shop equipment such as overhead crane, and forklift
• Use of hand tools, sandblaster, degreaser, parts washer

Requirements for Machine Operator:

• Experience with hand tools, sandblaster, degreaser, parts washer, overhead crane and forklift
• Ability to use computer technology on industrial equipment
• Ability to read process instructions and blueprints

Hours for Machine Operator:

• Monday through Friday- two shifts available (7am-3pm or 9am-5pm)
• 9am on your first day

Compensation and benefits for the Machine Operator:

• $17/hr
• Temp to hire position for the right candidate
• Pay increase and benefits upon hire
