Part-Time Logistics Coordinator Opportunity | Logistics & Manufacturing Support | Weekday Hours
Looking for a part-time opportunity where you can use your organizational skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? The Advance Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily shipping, logistics, and inventory operations within a growing manufacturing facility. This is a great direct hire opportunity for candidates interested in logistics, supply chain, warehouse administration, or manufacturing support roles.
Job duties for Logistics Coordinator:
• Support daily shipping and logistics operations within a manufacturing facility
• Assist with loading/unloading support, sorting, labeling, and preparing shipments
• Coordinate shipment scheduling and communicate with carriers and drivers
• Track shipment statuses and update ETAs
• Enter and maintain order, invoice, and inventory data accurately
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and help resolve discrepancies
• Prepare shipping documentation and reports
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, warehouse staff, and carriers regarding deliveries or delays
• Help resolve shipping issues and escalate more complex concerns when needed
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with customer and carrier requirements
• Work closely with both office staff and warehouse teams
Requirements for Logistics Coordinator:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of experience in an administrative, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics support role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
• Experience with logistics tracking systems preferred
• Experience working with freight carriers or warehouse teams preferred
• Previous logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is a plus
Shift for Logistics Coordinator:
• Part-time schedule
• 20–25 hours per week
• Monday-Thursday 7am-12pm, some work on Fridays if needed
Pay for Logistics Coordinator:
• $20-24/hr based on experience
