Looking for more than just a summer job? We’re building a landscaping team in Hancock County with this Direct Hire opportunity that stands out for quality work and positive team culture. We lead with kindness, communication, and respect — and we’re looking for dependable, motivated people to grow with us.
Pay for Landscapers:
  • $18–$20/hr DOE
Shift for Landscapers:
  • Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm
  • No weekends
  • Some schedule variations due to the weather
Duties for Landscapers:
  • Provide weekly mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing for residential and commercial clients
  • Pick up and dispose of yard debris
  • Operate lawn care tools including trimmers, shears, mowers, and blowers
  • Assist with landscape design, construction, and installation projects
  • Perform seasonal duties, including snow and ice management in the winter
  • Work as part of a team led by a Foreman to complete projects safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company well at every site
Requirements for Landscapers:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable and committed to great attendance — being on time matters here!
  • Strong physical ability: lifting, digging, pushing wheelbarrows, and working outdoors in all weather
  • Team-player mindset with energy and urgency — we move with purpose!
  • Ability to follow directions and communicate openly
  • Must pass a background check
  • Preferred:
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience pulling a trailer
  • Mowing or skid steer experience
  • Basic hand tool knowledge
